The fruit dryer adopts the principle of multi-layer utilization of hot air, which is applicable to the dehydration and drying of many kinds of Chinese herbal medicine, dried fruits, vegetables and other pieces, blocks, strips and granules. The pure hot air generated by the hot air stove is used. The temperature of the hot air is controlled at 50 ℃ - 160 ℃. Two drying and dehydration methods, heating drying and ventilation drying, are used at the same time. The reasonable adjustment of the ventilation amount of the hot air is strengthened. The multi-layer drying oven is turned over and dried layer by layer. The hot air is fully utilized. The drying and dehydration is fast and the operation is high energy.

Drying range:
1. Chinese medicinal materials: honeysuckle, honeysuckle, scutellaria baicalensis, salvia miltiorrhiza, ginseng, codonopsis pilosula, raw, cooked, atractylodes macrocephala, etc.
2. Fruits: almonds, dates, peanuts (with shells), longans, walnuts, hawthorn slices, etc.
3. Vegetables: beans, kidney beans, lentils, eggplant, fruit and vegetable slices, preserved fruit slices, red pepper, pepper, black fungus, white fungus, papaya slices, balsam pear slices, mushrooms, cucumber slices, etc.

(1) The hot air provided is pure hot air. The temperature of the hot air is provided according to the needs of the goods, which is automatically controlled by 50 ℃ - 160 ℃ and the set temperature range.
(2) The drying box has a five-layer structure, which is circularly turned and dried layer by layer. It simulates the artificial turning in the sun to a large extent.
(3) The fifth layer is the dry material, which is gradually wet upward and dehydrated layer by layer. The dry material contacts the hot wind, and the wet material contacts the wet hot wind, which avoids the direct contact of the wet material with the dry hot wind, and greatly reduces the damage to the nature and color of the article caused by the approximate sun exposure.
(4) The articles in the multi-layer turnover drying box are dehydrated and dried layer by layer, and the wet air is discharged directly from the top layer. The contact time between the wet air and the articles is very short (less than 5 seconds), which completely avoids the "retting" phenomenon caused by the long contact time between the wet air and the articles, and ensures the color of the articles.
